As tributes continued to pour in for the late former Oyo state governor, Senator Isiaq Abiola Ajimobi, a former minister of youth and sports, Mallam Bolaji Abdullahi has described the late politician as a ‘peace maker who cuts through grandstanding to find a win-win solution in a conflict.’
In a post on the micro blogging site, Twitter, Abdullahi, a former National Publicity Secretary of APC, recalled that while he was with the ruling party, he knew Ajimobi as someone who always strives to find a middle ground in all crisis situation, maintaining that APC would have benefitted from his wisdom and conciliatory approach to resolving issues. He also described late Ajimobi as a ‘good man.’
“In my days at the National Secretariat of APC, I remember Senator Ajimobi as a conciliatory person, a peace maker who cuts through grandstanding to find a win-win solution in a conflict. His party would have benefitted from this attribute. RIP, good man,” Abdullahi said.
