The Supreme Court has rebuffed the application of the All Progressives Congress (APC), which sought for a review of its last judgement that invalidated the participation of the party and its candidates in the last elections in Zamfara State.
According to reports, a five-man panel of the apex court, led by Justice Olabode Rhodes-Vivour, in a ruling this morning, struck out an application marked: SC/377/2019 filed by the APC, requesting a review of the judgement.
The counsel to the APC, Robert Clarke (SAN), had his efforts to make the Supreme Court revisit its May 24, judgement on the case rejected.
