The Federal Government, through the Ministry of Finance, Budget and National Planning, has issued a budget call circular, calling on all Ministries, Departments and Agencies to make their budget submissions .
The MDA budget proposals, according to the circular signed by the Minister of Finance, Budget and National Planning, Zainab Ahmed, must be submitted not later than 20th September, 2019.
The early call for budget submissions, INSIDER understands, was to help the government keep its promise of returning the country to a January-December budget circle.
