In his acceptance speech, Onibonoje expressed his heartfelt gratitude to Kwara State Governor, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, and other party stakeholders for their unwavering support and guidance. He pledged to build on the governor’s exemplary commitment to development and progress if elected as Councillor in the forthcoming September elections, promising to work tirelessly to deliver on the party’s promises and improve the lives of the people of Ubandawaki ward.

I, Maruf Olayinka Onibonoje, would like to express my sincere appreciation to the following individuals and groups for their unwavering support and guidance. Firstly, I am grateful to His Excellency, Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq CON, whose visionary leadership and commitment to youth development have inspired us all.
I am deeply indebted to Dr. Ghali Alaaya for his mentorship and guidance throughout my political journey. His wisdom, expertise, and unwavering support have been invaluable, and I am honored to have him as a mentor and father figure.
I also extend my gratitude to the party executives and leadership for their instrumental guidance and support. The media fraternity has been tireless in promoting our party’s ideals and manifesto, and I appreciate their efforts.
Most importantly, I thank the esteemed people of Ubandawaki ward for placing their trust in me to represent our ward and work towards a brighter future. I urge my fellow aspirants to view this emergence as a collective victory, and I pledge to work assiduously to deliver on our party’s promises and improve the lives of our people.
