The Yahaya Seriki Foundation, sponsored by Ambassador Yahaya Seriki Gambari, has commenced the distribution of 300,000 packs of food palliative to residents of Kwara State. The initiative, which kicked off on Tuesday, is aimed at providing relief to the Muslim Ummah during the holy month of Ramadan.
The food palliative, comprising bags of rice and semovita, is being distributed across all 16 local government areas of the state, with a focus on reaching vulnerable individuals and families. The foundation emphasized that the gesture is part of its commitment to alleviating the hardships faced by many during this sacred period.
Ambassador Yahaya Seriki, a prominent stalwart of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and CEO of Kursi Investment, has a long-standing tradition of supporting his community. Over the years, he has consistently distributed food items and cash to residents of Kwara State during festive periods, earning him widespread admiration and gratitude.
A devout Muslim, Seriki has demonstrated a deep commitment to using his wealth to improve the lives of others, even without holding public office. His philanthropic efforts have touched countless lives, and this latest initiative is expected to bring relief to thousands of households across the state.
