President Muhammadu Buhari, today participated in the Opening Session of the 7th Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD7) holding in the city of Yokohama, Japan.
The President, who was accompanied by Governors Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, Babagana Zulum, and Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Kwara, Borno, and Lagos States respectively; also had ministers and other top government officials in attendance.
