First Lady, Youth Minister Commission NYSC Museum, TV Studio in Abuja

The Federal Government has launched the NYSC Digital Museum and Television Studio, a groundbreaking initiative celebrating the National Youth Service Corps’ (NYSC) rich history and contributions to nation-building since 1973.

The museum, inaugurated by First Lady Sen. Oluremi Tinubu at the NYSC Headquarters in Abuja, offers an interactive platform showcasing historical artifacts, key milestones, and personal stories from former corps members.

Sen. Tinubu emphasized the NYSC’s pivotal role in fostering patriotism, unity, and national service, highlighting the Digital Museum as a dynamic record of Nigeria’s collective history, values, and aspirations. She praised the remarkable contributions of NYSC members, from innovations in science and technology to advancements in agriculture, healthcare, and community service.

The Honourable Minister of Youth Development, Comrade Ayodele Olawande, in his remark, praised the initiative as a testament to the NYSC’s vision and dedication, expressing confidence in the scheme’s capacity to achieve greater milestones. He encouraged young Nigerians to draw inspiration from the project and contribute to society with courage and creativity.
