President Muhammadu Buhari has lamented he is under tremendous pressure to form his new cabinet.
The president made the disclosure while addressing the leadership of the National Assembly on Thursday night at Aso Rock.
He said the delay in constituting a new team of Ministers was an attempt to buy time so he could nominate people he can personally work with because he didn’t know majority of the Ministers who worked with him in his last tenure.
The President was quoted as saying: “I am very much aware about it and I am under tremendous pressure on it.
“The last cabinet which I had, most of them, a majority of them I didn’t know.
“I had to accept their names and recommendation from the party. I worked with them for three and a half years.”
