Erin-Ile Youth Forum Raises Eyebrows on Chief Tajudeen Abioye

Erin-Ile Youth Forum has berated the wrong positioning of Chief Tajudeen Abioye in reconstituted Federal tertiary institutions Governing Council.

The Forum in a statement signed by Tiamiyu Adekunle Azeez on Saturday described the error in listing Chief Tajudeen Abioye as member of Federal Polytechnic Mubi against Governing Council Chairman of Yabatech earlier given to him in first list released in May 2024.

The statement read: “we understand that President Bola Tinubu asked for reconstitution of Federal Tertiary Institutions Governing Council to reflect inclusiveness. It however shocking that Chief Tajudeen Abioye, a committed and loyal All Progressives Congress Stalwart was demoted to ordinary member as against Governing Council Chairman.

“While we acknowledge that the President can reassign another Institution to Chief Tajudeen Abioye but it’s shocking to see current list.

“We appeal to Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq and President Bola Tinubu to address this error and place Chief Tajudeen Abioye properly to ensure him add value to Renewed Hope administration. Abioye possess requisite credentials and experience to chair Governing Council of any Federal Institution in the country.

“We hereby appeal to Erin-Ile Indigenes, Oyun local government stakeholders and Kwarans to remain calm till our dear President correct their great error. We know Our Governor, His Excellency AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq and President Bola Tinubu are listening leaders with quality reward system.
