…Community-based program provides food, cash relief to vulnerable populations in Pakata

The Mubarak Opeyemi Lawal Impact Foundation (MOLIF) has officially launched its Community Assistance and Relief Efforts (CARE) initiative, aimed at providing support to vulnerable members of the community.
At the launch ceremony, 50 widows and aged individuals received food relief packages, including rice and semolina, as well as cash donations.
In his welcome address, Nafiu Toyin Abdulqadri, Director of Publicity and representative of the founder, Mallam Mubarak Opeyemi Lawal, emphasized the foundation’s commitment to making a positive impact.
“MOLIF believes that everyone can make a difference, regardless of their financial status,” Abdulqadri said. “We recognize the challenges faced by many in accessing quality education, healthcare, and economic opportunities.”
Since its inception, MOLIF has enrolled 30 individuals in the Kwara State Government’s health insurance scheme, provided scholarships to indigent students, and implemented various interventions within the Pakata Community.
Dignitaries present at the event included Alh Mahmoud Yusuf Amuda, the Alangua of Ubandawaki, and representatives from Pakata Area Development Association and Ubandawaki Youth Development Association.
Beneficiaries expressed gratitude and offered prayers for the founder, Mallam Mubarak Opeyemi Lawal.
