The organizers of Play With Kwara Youths (PWKY) have announced the opening of registration for the 4th edition of the popular youth sports program.
Shafihi Abdulrasheed Oladimeji, while making the announcement, said that PWKY 4.0 promises to build on the success of previous years, fostering teamwork, discipline, and perseverance among Kwara youths through sports.
According to him, PWKY aims to promote unity, teamwork, and healthy competition among Kwara youths, while developing their physical and mental well-being through sports.
The program is open to all youths of Kwara state, both within and outside the state. This year’s edition features three sports:
– Football (male only): Maximum 15 participants per team
– Table Tennis (male and female)
– Ludo (female only)
Registration will take place from Thursday, October 10, to Sunday, October 13, 2024. Interested individuals are urged to register promptly and make necessary payments to secure their spot, as no extensions or special considerations will be given.
