The Turaki Advocacy Group (TAG) has launched the “Daily Spotlight” program to highlight the accomplishments of Senator Saliu Mustapha, representing Kwara Central Senatorial District. The program aims to showcase 365 projects, programs, and initiatives within 365 days of the Senator’s office.
This week’s spotlight features seven impacts, including:
– A leadership retreat for Community Development Associations (CDAs) to build capacity and address vital topics.
– Distribution of over 3,000 smart solar lights across 52 wards, illuminating roads and enhancing security.
– Facilitation of employment for approximately 48 indigenes and residents into federal ministries, agencies, and parastatals.
– Support for the completion of a multimillion-naira transformer project, improving electricity supply in affected communities.
– Sponsorship of the National Agricultural Land Development Authority (Amendment) Bill 2023 to enhance food security.
– Facilitation of a solar-powered borehole construction in Agbeyangi town to improve access to clean water.
– Establishment of a fully equipped constituency office in Ilorin West to ensure accessibility and responsiveness.
These impacts demonstrate Senator Mustapha’s commitment to the growth and development of Kwara Central Senatorial District.
