NATOMORAS Vows Support for Tinubu’s Govt During Meeting with Youth Minister

Minister of Youth Development, Ayodele Olawande, met with executive members of the National Commercial Tricycles, Motorcycle Owners and Riders Association of Nigeria (NATOMORAS) in Abuja yesterday. Usman Buba Gwoza, NATOMORAS president, praised President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration for supporting informal youth through the distribution of 2,000 tricycles.

Gwoza emphasized NATOMORAS’s commitment to national progress and support for Tinubu’s administration, citing their unified structure as evidence.

Olawande assured the association of his support and highlighted President Tinubu’s youth-focused initiatives. He encouraged the transport unionists to share these programs with their members and discussed the approved National Youth Conference, ensuring their involvement.

Additionally, Olawande received a delegation from Open Government Partnership Nigeria, led by Mrs. Obialunnanma Nnaobi-Ayodele. She outlined OGP’s achievements, including Budget Transparency, Freedom of Information and the encouragement of adoption of Open Government Partnership alongside civil society groups.

Olawande expressed gratitude and commended OGP’s efforts to strengthen government-civil society relationships. He reaffirmed his commitment to achieving the National Action Plan’s objectives.
