The Kaduna State High Court has granted the bail application brought to it by the leader of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria (IMN), Ibrahim El-Zakzaky, seeking the court’s permission to travel to India for treatment.
Justice Darius Khobo of the state High Court, ruled that El-Zakzaky and his wife, Zeenat can proceed on medical trip overseas on condition of supervision by the DSS.
Reacting to the ruling, the IMN said it was a favorable judgement which was long overdue.
