Kogi NYSC Coordinator Dies On The Way To Father In-law’s Burial

The State Coordinator of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in Kogi State, Mrs. Oludolapo Ahile has been reported dead. According to an Assistant Director in charge of public relations in Kogi NYSC, Mrs. Ahile, who was in company of her husband, died as a result of a motor accident which occurred along Keffi-Akwanga-Lafia Highway in Nasarawa State.

The accident, which was said to have occurred in the afternoon yesterday (Thursday, May 16), happened as the deceased was travelling with her husband to attend the burial of her father in-law.

Although the car in which the Ahiles were travelling in reportedly somersaulted twice, the other three occupants, including the husband of the deceased, survived the accident with varying degrees of injuries. Mrs. Ahile however died early morning today (Friday) at the Specialist Hospital, Lafia, were she was admitted.

INSIDER gathered that as Kogi State Coordinator of NYSC, the last official assignment carried out by Mrs. Ahile was the presentation of six of her corps members for the annual presidential honors award in Abuja.
