The Imo State Committee on the Recovery of Moveable Assets belonging to the State Government, today, discovered a large warehouse allegedly owned by Nkechi Okorocha, wife of the immediate past governor of Imo State, Rochas Okorocha.
According to reports, the recovery team led by Jasper Ndubuaku, discovered the facility which was located along Aba Road, following a tip off.
Some irate youths were on the verge of setting the warehouse on fire but were prevented by the team.
The new development comes barely three days after the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), confirmed the seizure of some properties belonging to Okorocha and his family worth billions of naira.
