Reports just reaching INSIDER from a reliable source, suggests that Justice Okon Abang of Federal High Court Abuja, in his ruling today has ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, to issue Certificate of Return to Owelle Rochas Okorocha of the APC as the duly elected Senator for Imo West Senatorial District, Imo State.
Recall that Justice Okon Abang had earlier fixed Friday (today), June 7, for judgement on the matter.
