Why Buhari ‘removed’ El-Rufai’s name from trip to Japan, Shehu Sani alleges

By Umar Salam.

A former senator, who represented Kaduna Central Senatorial District in the 8th Senate, Shehu Sani, has fired back at Governor Nasir El-Rufai, describing him as a “dwarf” who has been reduced to a “leper”.

Recall that Governor El-Rufai had earlier boasted of retiring Senator Sani from politics, while also claiming that he (Sani) had been reduced to a blogger.

Infuriated by the governor’s remarks, Senator Sani alleged that El-Rufai was a leper who has been abandoned by President Muhammadu Buhari as well as his friends in the Governor’s Forum.

The former lawmaker berated El-Rufai for paying more attention to his presidential ambition while bandits had engulfed his state, adding that President Buhari removed the governor’s name from his entourage to Japan after the governor wasted three days in Abuja with his passport.

He said, “I’m pleased to have reduced the height of El-Rufai from a dwarf to a leper who was rejected by the Governors forum.

“Mr El-Rufai, I’m not responsible for removing your name from the entourage of those who traveled to Japan with Mr President after wasting your three days in Abuja. Eat Yahuza Suya, since you missed the Sushi.

“El-Rufai is more focused on his presidential ambition, while his state is under the siege of Kidnappers.

“He is still obsessed with the World Bank Loans and using it as an excuse to justify his incompetence, while his counterparts in other states are busy commissioning and executing projects.

“Since you are still angry for not getting the loan, I can help you with some high heels shoes to increase your height,” Sani said.

Senator Sani also alleged that President Buhari’s men had discarded Governor El-Rufai’s list of ministers.
