A newly built multi-purpose hall located in Lokoja has been named after Mrs. Oludolapo Ahile, the Kogi State NYSC Coordinator, who died in a road accident on May 17.
NYSC Director-General, Brig- Gen Shuaibu Ibrahim, who was on a condolence visit to the Lokoja office of the NYSC on Tuesday said that the gesture was to honour Ms. Ahile for her good works and contribution to the scheme.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the multi-purpose hall was initiated and constructed by the late Coordinator.
It would be recalled that this medium had earlier reported the death of Ahile which occurred as a result of injuries she sustained in a road accident along Lafia-Akwanga on May 16. See https://insiderng.net/2019/05/17/kogi-nysc-coordinator-dies-on-the-way-to-father-in-laws-burial/
